A new doctor in the lab! Happy to announce that Nawaphat’s paper is peer reviewed and proofed. If you have checked the preprint already, check this one put again – it has some minor additions. These include the use of an integrated Cas9 strain which has the same efficiency as the injection of the recombinant Cas9.
